Percy Branham, 87, died at home on November 23, 2009. He was a resident of Brooklyn Park, MD for 70 years, previously living in Virginia. Percy was born on May 15, 1922 in Amherst County, VA. He served in the Army during WWII and worked as an electrician for the B & O Railroad for 14 years, Locals 28 & 24, and a 60 year Union Member. He enjoyed working on home projects, cowboy movies, spending time with his family and his church. Percy was a member of the Brooklyn United Methodist Church.Percy and Etta have been married for 67 loving years. Survivors include his beloved wife, Macie Etta (nee Cole) Branham of Brooklyn Park; loving son, Melvin Steward Branham of Annapolis; and Five Great-Grandchildren. Percy was predeceased by his parents, Ella (nee Campbell) and John C. Branham; sons, Wesley R. and Ronald J. Branham; grandsons, Melvin S. Branham, Jr. and James W. Branham.
