December 19, 1956 — October 15, 2011
On October 15, 2011, Phillip G. Riley passed away at home at the age of 54. He is survived by his daughter Bonny L. Riley of Glen Burnie and his nephew and nieces, Joseph, Wendy and Jodi Norris. Phil worked in construction his entire life. He loved football and was an avid Ravens fan. He also enjoyed fishing and spending time in his flower gardens.
