Phyllis Pearl Howard

September 12, 1952 — December 4, 2014

Born Phyllis Pearl Sullivan on September 12, 1952 in Spartenburg, SC to R.L. and Pearl Sullivan (nee Stevens). A homemaker, Mrs. Howard was a resident of Anne Arundel County since 1980. A faithful member of the Glen Burnie Church of Jesus Christ of Later Day Saints, in her spare time she enjoyed Reading, collecting salt and pepper shakers, mysteries. In addition to her parents, she is preceeded in death by her husband Carl Howard and her daughter Felicia-Tara Butler. Phyllis is survived by her children Deminstrius Howard of Odenton, Carl Howard of Las Vegas, Christopher Howard of Severn, Carla Howard of Belleview, IL, Candace Howard of Glen Burnie, Danielle Howard of Laurel, Kimberl-Terry Howard of Glen Burnie, Mamie-Pearl Howard of Pasadena, and Stacia Howard of New Carrollton. She is also survived by Brother Dennis Sullivan of South Carolina and Queenesther Magnum of Washington, D.C. as well as 13 Grandchildren and 10 Great-Grandchildren.
