Phyllis J. Noonan

Born Phyllis J. Olson on March 30, 1929 in Altoona, PA to Fred and Florine H. (Rutter) Olson. A longtime Glen Burnie resident her family was the center of Mrs. Noonan's life. She enjoyed gardening, watching old movies and helping others, even the other residents in her assisted living. She was a member of Bowie Presbyterian Church. In addition to her parents, she is preceeded in death by her husband William L. Noonan, her son David W. Noonan, Daughter Diane M. Plews and most of her brothers and sisters. She is survived by sons Steven F., Dennis C. and Robert M. Noonan all of Glen Burnie, Richard A. Noonan of Altoona, PA and David Reynolds of Elkton, MD as well as daughters Barbara L. Saia of Stevensville, MD, Patricia K. Mumma of Glen Burnie, Sharon Gannon of Glen Burnie, and R. Carole Elam of Glen Burne. She is also survived by sisters Hilda Liebal of Wilmington, DE and Patsy Ann Gray of Avon, NC as well as 21 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
