Raymond Maclane Proutt

Raymond M. Proutt, 67, of Millersville, died on November 19, 2009 at home.  He was born on February 2, 1942 in Annapolis, MD.  Ray was a member of the Arundel High class of 1960, and the Gambrills Athletic Club.  He enjoyed sports, golf, gardening, animals and working outside.  Raymond was self employed as a school bus contractor for Proutt Lines, Inc.   Raymond is survived by his beloved wife Angela C. Proutt of Millersville; loving children, James Clayton 3rd of Middle River, Kenneth Ahonen of Miami Beach, Laura Lee Deale of Annapolis, Linda Jo Herrell of Millersville, and Jennifer Phillips of MT Airy; devoted father, Hugh M. Proutt of Gambrills; dear brother and sisters, Donald Proutt of Severn, Sandra Moodispaw of Gambrills and Deborah Proutt of Annapolis; Twelve Grandchildren and One Great-Grandchild.  Raymond was predeceased by his mother Dorothy (nee Chaney) Proutt.
