Raymond E. Riggin

Raymond E. Riggin was born August 10, 1949 in Baltimore, MD to the late Raymond E. and Lillian M. Debus Riggin and is a lifetime resident of northern Anne Arundel County. He received his B.S. Degree from St. Mary’s College and was an environmentalist for state and local government. Raymond was a member of the Severna Park Racquet and Fitness Club and the Elvaton Baptist Church. He was dedicated to fitness and enjoyed working out, he was a black belt in karate. Mr. Riggin was an avid Orioles and Ravens fan, who took great pride in caring for his yard.  Left to cherish his memory are his daughter Melinda R. Garvey and her husband Timothy of Severn, and cherished grandchildren Killian Garvey and his fiancé Logan Edmondson and Kasey Parks and her husband Brennus.  He passed away peacefully at his home after a lengthy illness.
