Rebecca Nell Lawson

Rebecca Nell Lawson, 80, passed away at the St. Agnes Hospital on March 17, 2011.  She was a resident of Odenton for the past 3 years, previously living in Anne Arundel County for over 20 years.  Rebecca was born on February 12, 1931 in Clarksburg, WV to her parents, the late Audrey (nee Dawson) and Doy Lee Prunty, Sr.  Before retiring, Mrs. Lawson operated a forklift for a paint factory.  She enjoyed jigsaw puzzles, knitting & crochet, plants, birds, hummingbirds, cooking and eating out on Sundays.

Rebecca is survived by her loving children, David Michael Bostic of Highlandtown, Robert Dennis Madigan, Jr. of Baltimore, Carol Ridgeway of Salisbury, Diana Marie Adams of Glen Burnie, and Mary Margaret Wilgis of White Marsh; dear brother, Doy Lee Prunty, Jr. of Baltimore; 15 Grandchildren and 25 Great-Grandchildren.  She is predeceased by her beloved husband, Southern W. Lawson, son, Albert Lee Boggs, 5 sisters and 2 brothers.
