Richard A. Collins, I, a lifetime resident of Severn, passed away on September 1, 2014. Born in Baltimore to the late Calvin Leo Collins and the late Thelma Viola (Worley) Huber. Richard was a member of the Marriottsville Shooting Range and St. Paul's Lutheran Church. He enjoyed hunting, shooting, reading, computers and riding his Harley. Mr. Collins is survived by his wife of 38 years, E. Valerie (Knopp) Collins of Severn; son, Richard A. Collins, II of Glen Burnie; daughters, Christina D. Neal of Crownsville, Lisa M. Chick of Glen Burnie; sister, Jacqueline McDonald of Flat Rock, NC; grandchildren, Richard A. Collins, III, Robert A. Collins and D. Landon Neal.
