Mr. Richard D. Marshall was born on November 27, 1930 to the late Mr. Carl H. Marshall and Anne B. Marshall (nee Bankson) in Algona, Iowa. Mr. Marshall proudly served in the U.S. Navy from 1949 – 1951. He moved to the area 51 years ago. Mr. Marshall worked as a machinist for Westinghouse. In his free time he enjoyed genealogy, gardening, cooking fishing, and the occasionally watched horse racing. He is survived by his wife Ann Marshall (nee Myrtle) of Glen Burnie, sons Richard Marshall, Jr. of Glen Burnie, Carl T. Marshall of Pasadena, Patrick R. Marshall of Glen Burnie, daughter Pamela Henkel of Linthicum, his brother Larry Marshall of North Carolina, eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, Mr. Marshall is preceded in death by both his sisters Juanita Hoffmann and Betty Steven.
Mr. Marshall passed away on October 11, 2017 at Future Care Chesapeake in Arnold.
