Robert Leroy Baim

Robert Leroy Baim was born on Tuesday, February 2, 1937 in Baltimore, Maryland to William Calvin and Lillian (Dobson) Baim. He was a lifelong resident of Maryland and a member of The Church of the Holy Apostles in Halethorpe. Rob was a veteran and was employed with Northrop Grumman as an Engineer for numerous years. He loved reading, doing crossword puzzles, skiing, and riding his bike. Rob enjoyed many things in life but his grandchildren brought him the most joy of all. He enjoyed any time spent with family and eating Italian food. He will be greatly missed by so many.

Robert is preceded by his parents, William Calvin Baim and Lilliam (Dobson) Baim and his brother, Calvin Baim. Rob is survived by his wife, Joan Mary (Quasky) Baim; children, Loren Carol Baim of Glen Falls, New York, Julie Marlene Fawcett (David) of Finksburg and Robert Lee Baim of Woodstock and his grandchildren, Molly Leach, Marta Leach, Dylan Fawcett, Gavin Fawcett, Tyler Baim and Brenna Baim.

Services and Interment private.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to: St. Jude's Children's Hospital,  Shriner's Hospital and/or to the St. Anthony Shrine.
