Robert Francis Bateman

Robert Francis Bateman, 68, died at the Baltimore-Washington Medical Center on May 6, 2010.  He was born in Annapolis, MD on April 12, 1942.  Robert was a lifetime resident of Severn, MD.  He worked as a Foreman for Nevamar.  Robert enjoyed Outside Activities, Football, Baseball, Hunting, Horse Racing, Coaching Softball and Swimming. Survivors include his beloved wife, Dorothy (nee Paulley) Bateman of Severn; sons, Richard Knotts of Brooklyn Park, Jerry Knotts of PA, and Robert F. Bateman, Jr. of Glen Burnie; daughters, Carol E. Hager of Glen Burnie, Angela Elisinger of WV, Lisa Starr and Amber Starr both of Overlea; sisters, Mary Overfelt of Glen Burnie and Shirley Jarvis of KY.  He was predeceased by his parents, Anna M. (nee Bull) and Robert Bateman; daughter, Donna Knotts and sister, Doris Vernon.
