Robert H. Davidson Sr.

On January 15, 2009, Robert H. Davidson of Severn, passed away at Baltimore Washington Medical Center of natural causes. Born on September 18, 1924 in Cumberland, Maryland, he has lived in Severn since 1978. Beloved husband of 13 years to Anna Mae and the late Alta Jane for 39 years; Loving father of Robert H. Davidson of Arizona, Thomas E. Davidson of Pennsylvania, Stephen G. Davidson of Arizona, and Caroline “Carrie” G. Davidson of Pasadena; Dearest step-father of John Kuczinski or Severn and Robin Slaton Murakeozy of North Carolina; Caring brother of Charles Davidson of Linthicum, Roy Davidson of Riveria Beach, William Davidson of West Port, Evelyn Haynie of Brooklyn, Frances Hittle of Baltimore County and the late Betty Schneider; Cherished grandfather of 12 and great-grandfather of 13.

Robert served as a member of the United States Navy from 1941-1945. He worked for CSX Railroad as a Wreck Master for 42 years. He enjoyed golfing and visiting Arizona. Robert especially enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
