Robert Nevin Jr.

On May 23, 2011, Robert Nevin Jr. passed away at home. Born in Massachusetts, he was a lifelong resident of Glen Burnie. Beloved husband of Mary V. Nevin; Devoted father of Robert D. Nevin, William (Bill) Nevin and Jeanne C. Denton; Loving brother of Samuel Nevin and the late John, Thomas and James Nevin and Margaret Asher; Cherished grandfather of 7 and great-grandfather of 6.

Bob was self-employed as the owner of the Glen Burnie Shell Station and the Glen Burnie Ice House. He was a member of St. Alban's Espiscopal Church. Bob was the oldest member of the GBIA and the original member of the Glen Burnie Boys Baseball. He enjoyed watching the children grow up over the years. Bob also enjoyed fishing, caring for his home and especially loved spending time with his family and his grandchildren.
