Robert Franklin Kelley, Sr.

Robert F. Kelley, Sr., a resident of Severn, passed away on May 25, 2015. Born August 6, 1951 in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Ralph L. and Ada V. (Fagan) Kelley. Robert was an Electro Engineer for Northrop Grumman. He was a member of Street Survivors of Maryland Car Club and would see his car around town. He loved setting up for the car shows, showing and entering his car, hanging with his friends and fixing old cars. Robert enjoyed watching the Orioles and Ravens, something he did with his son. He is survived by his son, Robert F. Kelley, Jr. of Arbutus. Friends and family may call at the family owned Kirkley-Ruddick Funeral Home on Sunday, May 31, 2015 from 2-4 & 6-8 PM. Family and friends will meet at the funeral home on Monday, June 1st at 10:30 AM to depart for a 12:00 PM graveside service at Bethel United Methodist Church Cemetery 3001 Hooper Avenue New Windsor, Md 21776.
