Robert Preston Knight

Suddenly on Monday, November 27, 2023, Robert Preston Knight,
82, resident of Goldsboro, died in his residence. Robert was born on April
1, 1941, at his family & #39's home in Odenton, Maryland, to Preston Henry and
Juanita (Taylor) Knight. Robert was born and raised in Anne Arundel
County and moved to Caroline County in 2001. Robert worked several
years for Reliable Contracting as a truck driver and a heavy equipment
operator until his retirement. He enjoyed working with his hands, crocheting
and doing leather work. He was a & quot; Jack of all trades. & quot; He loved to play
Santa Claus with the family and close friends, dressing up and spreading
the magic of Christmas. Robert also enjoyed fishing, camping, hunting, and
crabbing. He will be missed by many.
Robert is preceded by his parents, Preston Henry Knight and Juanita
(Taylor) Knight and his children, Carolyn Lynn Gordon and Timothy Lee
Knight. He is survived by his son, Dale Robert Knight Sr. of Glen Burnie;
his sisters, Jeannie Bauer of Glen Burnie, Wanda Hart of Pasadena and
Joy Hutchison of Cocoa Beach, Florida; 9 grandchildren and 13 great
grandchildren.
