Rolinda Mueller

July 5, 1946 — December 23, 2012

On December 23, 2012, Rolinda "Chi Chi" Mueller passed away at Carroll County Hospital. She was 66. Beloved mother of Douglas C. Nelson II and cherished grandmother of Justin Dunnigan. Chi Chi was lifelong resident of Brooklyn Park. She enjoyed Jazzercise and watching the Ravens and the Orioles. She also enjoyed reality TV shows and listening to country music. Chi Chi never went out without being 'put together'.
