Ronald Edward Heinecke, Sr. was born on Friday, January 10, 1941, at Mercy Hospital, in Baltimore, Maryland, to William and Mildred (Hardy) Heinecke. Ron was a veteran and a member of the American Legion Post 276. He was employed with General Motors for over 40 years and remembered seeing the first Impala off the assembly line in 1958. He loved watching the Orioles, the football games and going to Nascar races. He also enjoyed eating anything that Sandra, his wife of 62 years, would cook for him.
Ron is preceded by his parents, William Heinecke and Mildred (Hardy) Heinecke; brothers, George Heinecke, Terry Heinecke and William Heinecke and sister, Sharon Wiles. He is survived by his wife, Sandra Lee (Gillespie) Heinecke of Glen Burnie; children, Constance Mae Semone (Roy) of Ft. Walton, Florida, RonaldEdward Heinecke, Jr. of Severn, Regina Lee Yeager (Jonas) of Marley, Timothy Wayne Heinecke of Glen Burnie; sister, Darlene Hampton of Cumberland; 8 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
