Rosann Lee Bates

Rosann Lee Bates was born June 24, 1957 in San Francisco, California to Victoria Leona Ridge and the late Donal Ray Ridge. She lived most of her life in California, prior to moving to Glen Burnie, MD a few years ago.

In addition to her father, she was also preceded in death by her husband Stephen Clay Bates. Left to cherish her memory are her children Robert Bates and his wife Emma Myles, Michael Bates and his wife Raiza Bates, her siblings Bob and his wife Joyce, Ken and his wife Anna, Donna and Laura. She is also survived by her grandson Noah Bates.

Family will celebrate services privately at a later date.
