Rose Marie Lamb

Born Rose Marie DeVan in Gambrills, MD on March 27, 1940 to the late Charles L. and Oda DeVan (nee Carnes). She lived most of her life in the Gambrills area until moving to Florida and the to West Virginia to live with her daughters. She worked as the housekeeping supervisor at Knollwood Manor nursing home for over 20 years. She enjoyed cerarmics, Gardens and backyard ponds. In addition to her parents Rose is preceded in death by her son William Lamb, brothers Charles, Harold and Paul DeVan and sister Peggy Jones. She is survived by daughters Donna Lamb of Panama City, FL and Mary L. Mensch of Del Ray, West Virginia, sisters Lola Johns of Glen Burnie and Juanita Nicolas of West Virginia as well as six grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. She past away peacefully at the Winchester Medical Center on November 19, 2016.
