Born Rose Marie Paddy in Baltimore, Maryland on June 10, 1956 to Marvin "Teny" K. and Barbara M. Paddy (Coulter). Tina was a long-time resident of Edgewater, Maryland before settling down in Glen Burnie, Maryland. She worked as a server for many years at Red Lobster in Annapolis before landing her dream job in 2003 when she officially became "Mom-Mom" and started watching her grandchildren during the day. Tina was full of energy and positivity. She spent way more time worrying about others, then she did herself. She devoted herself to making others happy and helping anyone and everyone in any that way she could. She made the most of her time here by almost never saying "No" to any invite that came her way. Her and the love of her life, Randy, spent countless hours on the weekends enjoying live music, dancing and spending time with family and friends. Family meant everything to her. As the matriarch, Tina made sure to play a huge role in every holiday, birthday, anniversary and accomplishment her family had. She definitely enjoyed life to the fullest an lived for every moment that she could.
Ms. Rose M. "Tina" Paddy passed away on January 24, 2021 after a month-long battle with COVID. She was preceded in death by her parents.
