Roselma R. Felty

On January 1, 2010, Roselma Ruth Felty passed away from natural causes. She was 81.  Born on January 3, 1928 in Altoona, Pennsylvania, Roselma had lived in Glen Burnie for 57 years.  The beloved wife of 36 years to the late Richard F. Felty Sr.; Devoted mother of Richard Jr. of Florida and Barry W. Felty of Glen Burnie; Loving sister of Eloise Kellenberger of Glen Burnie; Cherished grandmother of two and great-grandmother of nine.  She was predeceased by her brother, Richard Bruckman.

Roselma graduated from Glen Burnie High School.  She worked for over 22 years at Corcoran Elementary School until she retired.  She had also worked part-time for Ziegler's Florist.  Roselma was an active member of the Glen Burnie United Methodist Church where she served as treasurer for the Women's Circle for many years.  She also belonged to the Retired Teachers Association.  Roselma had a great love of the outdoors and always enjoyed camping in her RV.  She was also very talented with crafting.
