Rusty James Hood, a lifetime resident of Severn, passed away suddenly on April 7, 2015. Born in Baltimore to Robert Hood of Severn and Sharon Ann (Lee) Carlton of South Carolina. Rusty was a mechanic who enjoyed hunting, fishing and country music. In addition to his parents he is survived by his fiancé, Cynthia A. Youngquist of Severn; sons, Seth A. Hood of Severn, Donovan Bordeaux of Severn; daughter, Lainie Youngquist of Severn; brothers, John Hood and Steve Hood both of Severn and sister, Sylvia Baxter of Germany.
