Scott E. Bradley of Bladensburg was born August 15, 1964 to Virginia Lee Bradley Porter of Annapolis and the late Leslie Duane Bradley. Scott received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of MD. He has an interesting and varied career starting as an Aerospace Engineer at the Goddard Space Flight Center. Subsequently he was involved in the business development and managing of programs and projects for USAID, the US Dept. of State, and the Governments of Iraq and Afghanistan. He served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Vanuatu then with the U.S. Peace Corps Response in Mexico. He loved to travel, spend time at the ocean, and enjoyed boating, reading, music and sports. Scott was a member of the Masons and the Sons of the American Legion. In addition to his mother and stepfather (John M Porter) he is survived by his sister, Leslie Poff and her husband Kevin Poff of Berlin, MD (formerly of Linthicum.) He has two nieces and one nephew, and five grand nieces and nephews.
