Scott L. Maxwell was born on November 29, 1961 in San Bernardino, California to the late Norman and Irma (McNurlin) Maxwell. He was a resident of Brooklyn Park for over 30 years. He worked as a maintenance supervisor for A to Z Generators. Scott proudly served in the U.S. Navy for six years. He was a member of the Iron Horseman Motorcycle Club as well as the American Legion. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, woodworking, computers, gun smithing and camping.
Left to cherish his memory are his beloved wife Michelle L. (Newton) Maxwell of Brooklyn Park, sons Kolby McLaren (Teaque) of Glen Burnie, Sean Maxwell (Shannon) of Glen Burnie, Zach Williams (Allyson) of North Carolina, daughters Rachel Stout-Narine (Devon) of
Washington and Danielle Williams of Brooklyn Park, sisters Brenda West (Steve) of Bowie and Rhonda Workman (Doug) of Laurel, as well as his brothers of the Iron Horsemen M.C. Nation. He is also survived by grandchildren Carla and Arrika Lazano, Donald and Payton Hall, Azra
Williams and Rashad Stout and great-grandchild Javier. Also survived by numerous nephews and nieces and in-laws.
His family will celebrate his life privately.
