Shirley Mae Stout, a resident of Ellicott City, passed away on April 1, 2014. Born in West Virginia to the late Guy and Rita Harmond. Shirley was who enjoyed flowers and loved being with her family and especially her grandchildren. She is survived by her sons, Charles Edward Stout, Jr. of Ellicott City, Donald Douglass Stout of Ellicott City, Robert Wayne Stout of Oella; 5 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Edward Stout.
