Stephen Foster Neal

Stephen Foster Neal was born August 18, 1966 in Baltimore, MD to Patricia Lehr Matthews and the late Stephen Foster Neal and was a lifetime resident of Brooklyn Park. During his working life Stephen provided janitorial services at Ft. Meade and Baltimore Washington International Airport. He was a member of Sons of the American Legion and Ravens Roost #175. In his spare time Stephen enjoyed bowling, playing guitar, listening to country music, and singing karaoke, especially "I got you babe". He is preceded by his father Stephen Foster Neal. Left to cherish his memory are his mother Patricia Lehr Matthews of Brooklyn Park, step-brother Jeffrey Smith sisters Susan Neal of Brooklyn Park and Roberta Warngren of Greensboro, MD as well as aunts Mary Walter and Kathleen Dunklee.
