Stuart F. Kelly, a lifetime resident of Maryland, passed away on July 29, 2016. Born in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Milton Franklin and Beulah Maxine Kelly. Stuart served his country with the Army during World War II. He also worked as a mechanic for Giant Food until his retirement. Stuart was a Ham Radio Operator as well as a handy man who enjoyed boating, camping and crabbing. He is survived by his sons, Donald Jacoby of Linthicum, Dr. William Jacoby of Michigan; daughters, Susan Chappell of Glen Burnie, Elaine Daniels of Bear, DE; grandchildren, Blake Chappell, Samantha Chappell, Christopher Daniels, Joshua Jacoby and great grandchild, Zephyr Chappell. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Janet Kelly and sister, Dorothy Kelly.
Friends and family may call at the family owned, Kirkley-Ruddick Funeral Home. P.A. on Thursday, August 4, 2016 from 11 am-12:30 pm. Funeral Service to be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, August 4th 12:30pm. Interment with military honors in Crownsville Maryland Veterans Cemetery to follow service.
