Suzanne Annette Treshman-Barton

Suzanne Annette Treshman - Barton, 56, Glen Burnie resident, passed away unexpectedly at her residence on Wednesday, September 14, 2022. Suzanne was born in Bon Secour Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland on Saturday, March 19, 1966 to Orville Lewis and Nancy Lee (Fiersuk) Barton, Jr. She graduated from Landsdowne High School in 1984 and went on to receive her associates degree from the Medix School. She was an administrative assistant/front desk coordinator at various dental offices, including The Dental Center, The Center of Dentistry, and Russell, Deasey, Wright, & Zitofsky, LLC. Suzanne was a member of Epiphany Lutheran Church in Baltimore and also attended Lighthouse Church in Glen Burnie. She loved to sing, dance and write poetry; she was always such a joy to be around. She was very adventurous, from trying new foods to finding a new hobby or activity to try. She had a deep love for the beach and especially Disney, and has passed that love down to her daughter, sharing all of her knowledge and passion for the original movies and adventuring around the park itself. Her happiness always radiated like sunshine, she was a light for everyone she was around. She enjoyed joking with and teasing her niece and nephews; always having a good time with them. She loved watching game shows with her mother, Nancy, including Big Brother and The Generation Gap; laughing and enjoying them together. Her daughter, Kayleigh, was her world and she was sure to make it known to everyone she knew. She was extremely proud of everything her daughter had achieved and was her #1 fan. The two were best friends and inseparable, and time they spent together will be cherished forever. Her personality and smile will be greatly missed by anyone who had the chance to know her.
Suzanne is preceded by her father, Orville Lewis Barton, Jr; her grandparents, Orville and Anna (Ward) Barton, Sr. and Albert and Edith (Lowe) Fiersuk and the family “baby”, Cookie. She is survived by her mother, Nancy Lee (Fiersuk) Barton of Glen Burnie; daughter, Kayleigh Noelle Treshman (Matthew Kaline) of Glen Burnie; brother, Wayne Lewis Barton (Brina) of Glen Burnie; nephews, Noah and Bruce Barton; niece, Kristina Barton and her grand dogs, Crash and Bentley.

Family and friends may visit at the KIRKLEY RUDDICK FUNERAL HOME on Monday, September 19, 2022, 3-5 pm and 7-9 pm, with a funeral service to start at 8:30 pm. Interment private.
