Terry Alan Carroll was born March 2, 1993 in Annapolis, Maryland to Billy Joe Carroll, Sr. and Carla Mae Shaw. Terry grew up in Glen Burnie and worked in maintenance at Crofton Care and Rehabilitation. He was a car and motorcycle enthusiast and in his free time he enjoyed hunting.

Left to cherish his memory is his father Billy Joe Carroll, Sr. , his mother Carla Mae Shaw, his step-father James Shaw, his daughter Kenzie Rebstock, brothers Troy Carroll and Kevin Carroll, half-sister Kelly Bartz, step-sister Kassandra Shaw, aunt Denise Williams and husband Billy Williams, niece Julieanna Cash and nephew Braeden Carroll. He is also survived by numerous cousins.

Terry passed away April 14, 2019. He will be missed by all who knew him.
