Thomas "Tom" Rudolph Srock, 84, former resident of Severn, died under hospice care in Lewisburg, West Virginia, with his wife and daughter by his side, on Tuesday, January 7, 2025.
Tom was born on Thursday, March 28, 1940, in Rainey, Pennsylvania, to Goldie Betty (Srock) Srock. He was very supportive of his family and was always there to help. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, horseback riding and going/watching NASCAR races. He also would transport horses to all lower 48 states to the race tracks. Tom was also a volunteer firefighter with Glen Burnie.
Tom is preceded by his mother, Goldie Betty (Srock) Srock; and his brother-in-law, Alvin Lyons. He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Michaele "Mickey" Srock of Ballard, West Virginia; his daughter, Laura Louise Cooper of Ballard, West Virginia; his sister, Bonnie Lyons of Linthicum; his grandson, Joseph August Cooper, III. and his great grandchildren, Brantley August Cooper and Adam Stroud.
Family and friends may call at the KIRKLEY RUDDICK FUNERAL HOME on Friday, January 17, 2025, 10am - 12pm. Funeral service to follow immediately, 12pm. Interment Glen Haven Memorial Park.
