Timothy Lee Downs passed away in his home on August 25, 2013. Timothy was a graduate of GBHS who enjoyed motorcycles, pool, weight lifting and skeet shooting. He is survived by his parents Charles T. Downs Of Elkridge and Charlotte Jean Christopher (nee Carr) of Stevensville and his brother, Charles M. Downs of Chesterfield, VA.
