Ulysess "Elmer" Gallion was born May 31, 1927 in Baltimore, MD to John and Viola Gallion (nee Stevens) and resided in Baltimore until he moved to Glen Burnie in 1969. Elmer served with the Navy during WW II. He was the owner of Brill's Seafood (a seafood wholesaler in Baltimore) prior to his retirement. He enjoyed playing cards and craps and his boat which he used to take out for Marlin fishing in Ocean City and Cape May, NJ. He was a member of the Curtis Bay Athletic Club. Elmer is survived by his wife of 48 years Gail Mae Gallion (nee Buckmaster) of Glen Burnie and a daughter Janie Marie Gallion of Linthicum.
