Velma E. Delgado, 49, a forty seven year resident of Glen Burnie, passed away on December 24, 2010 at her home. She was born on June 3, 1961 in North Carolina. Velma enjoyed watching TV, spending time with her friends, and especially her grandson.
Survivors include her loving daughter, Jamie Perry of Severn; dear sister Margaret (Maggie) King of Glen Burnie; and grandson, Evan Perry. She was predeceased by her parents, Margaret T. (Nee Brock) and Abner M. Perry.
