Velma Vinyard-Taylor

On October 29, 2011 Velma Vinyard-Taylor currently of West Virginia passed away after a brief illness. Velma was the Beloved wife of James W. Taylor, devoted mother of James Vinyard of Pasadena, John Vinyard of Queen Anne?s and Joseph Vinyard of Westminster, and was also the caring grandmother of six. She was born in Baltimore Maryland to James McCullah and Ruby McCullah (nee Brandenberg) on July 24, 1943. Velma enjoyed music, singing, karaoke, playing the piano and guitar, Cooking and most of all she enjoyed caring for her family.
