Mr. Victor L. Parks was born in Baltimore, MD on October 31, 1956 to Wilbur E. Parks and Cathleen E. (Stith) Fox. Mr. Parks moved to Brooklyn Park from Randallstown six years ago. Victor was a history enthusiast. He worked as a mechanic most of his adult life and took pride in his mechanical abilities. He liked working on cars, listening to music and eating Chinese food.
Mr. Victor L. Parks, age 63, passed away peacefully at home with his family by his side. Mr. Parks was preceded in death by his father Wilbur E Parks and his mother Cathleen E. (Stith) Fox. He was raised in part by his aunts Betty Yingling and her husband Tommy, and Nancy Major and her husband Bub. Victor leaves behind the mother of his children, and dear friend, Lee Turner, children Victor A. Parks and his partner Rachel of Glen Burnie, Tabitha Parks and Haley Sayo both of Brooklyn Park, his brother Wayne Parks and his partner Kathy of Somerset, PA, his sisters Christina Cate and her husband Art of Baltimore and Wanda Wise and her husband Carroll of Dundalk, grandchildren Caleb Parks and Josephine Lee, Jeremy and Julian Martin. He also leaves behind his nieces Angela, Chastity, Sahra, and Christy. Great niece and nephews; Christopher, Kora, Warren, Nixon, Noah, Navyn, and Oliver and many other family members and friends. Victor is also survived by his former wife, Geneva who was helpful in finding the resources he utilized to abstain from alcohol. Victor will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
