Wilbert is survived by his sons, Wayne Parks, Victor Parks; daughter, Christina Cate; brothers, Francis Parks, Michael Parks, Richard Parks; 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Evelyn Parks. Graveside service and Interment will be held on Tuesday, October 13, 2015 1:00pm at Garrison Forrest Veterans Cemetery.
