William L. Freeman

William "Bill" Lowe Freeman, Sr passed away on February 27, 2013. Beloved husband of 42 years to the late Ruth E. Freeman. Devoted father of William L. Freeman Jr. of Glen Burnie , Kenneth Freeman of Dundalk, Tony Patrick Freeman of Delaware, Tina Ingram of Denton and Tricia Hage of Glen Burnie. Loving brother of Sheila Freeman of Annapolis and June Shaffer of Ocean City. Caring grandfather of 8 and great-grandfather of 8. Bill was preceded in death by his daughter Charlene Snyder; son Richard Freeman Sr.; sister Jean Bussard; brother James Freeman; parents Willie Freeman and Edith Freeman (nee Kovach) and step-mother Annie Faye Shaffer. Born in Kentucky, Bill lived in Glen Burnie and in the Arbutus/Baltimore County area prior to that. He was a maintenance man for many years for the Arbutus Arms Apartments. Bill loved the outdoors and enjoyed camping, boating, fishing and spending time at the state park.
