William W. Howard, Jr., a lifetime resident of Glen Burnie, passed away on July 11, 2015. He was born on August 23, 1966 in Baltimore to William H. and Linda L. (nee Tucker) Howard. William was a member of VFW Post #160 and enjoyed softball, bowling, NASCAR and the Ravens. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his daughters, Ashley N. Ark of Pasadena, Christy Ann Howard of Glen Burnie; brother, Michael A. Howard of Rivera Beach; sisters, Lisa L. Howard of Glen Burnie and Shelline E. Howard of Point Pleasant. He was preceded in death by his brother, James L. Howard.
