Wilma M. Kuzmuk

Wilma M. Kuzmuk was born May 21, 1933 in Lowell, Massachusetts to William F. and Christina (Miller) Brown. Wilma graduated from Concord High School (Concord NH) in 1954, where she met Robert E. Gilman, whom she later married and had sons Jeffrey and Marcus. After her marriage to Robert ended, she married Alexander Kuzmuk with whom she retired to Wilmington NC, where she was an active member of the Unitarian Universalist Congregation . Following Alex’s passing she moved to Mt Airy, Maryland to be with her family. Wilma was a tennis player in her younger years. She and Alex travelled together for many years. Wilma was a member of the quilters club in Wilmington, loved doing needle point and was a wonderful baker. Her homemade jelly will especially be missed. Her friends and family will miss her greatly.

Wilma is preceded by her parents, William F. Brown and Christina (Miller) Brown; her former husband, Robert E. Gilman and her husband, Alexander Kuzmuk. She is survived by her children, Jeffrey Gilman (Valerie), Marcus Gilman and Eric Kuzmuk; grandchildren, Joshua (Lena) Gilman, Justin (Tami) Gilman, Delaney Gilman, Jeffrey Gilman, Jr., Jessica Gilman (Nick) and her great grandchildren, Lee Gilman, Zoie Gilman, Ellix Jenkins and Quinn Jenkins.
