Daniel C. Robbins

Daniel C. Robbins, 79, died peacefully on Saturday, February 11, 2023, at the Baltimore Washington Medical Center in Glen Burnie. Daniel was born on Sunday, May 2, 1943, in Baltimore, Maryland to David Carlton and Eileen (Routh) Robbins. Daniel grew up in Baltimore, graduated high school and joined the Army. He served and was released from active duty, to then served as a member of the Army National Guard of Maryland. He moved to Severna Park and worked with the State Highway Administration, State of Maryland for 44 years before retiring. Daniel liked boats and antiquing but really enjoyed keeping his pickup truck clean. He was a nut about keeping it clean, so much so, it looked as good as it did the day it drove off the showroom floor.

Daniel is preceded by his parents, David Carlton and Eileen (Routh) Robbins. He is survived by his wife, Marion L. (Decker) Robbins of Severna Park; daughter, Michele Raleich of Hanover; sister, Kathleen Trent of Kentucky and grandson, Michael.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, March 2, 2023, 11:30am at the Crownsville MD Veterans Cemetery.
