Scott graduated from Woodlawn High School and earned his funeral director's certification from Catonsville Community College. He is licensed in the state of Maryland. Scott believes in celebrating a life well lived through meaningful and personalized services.
Scott is very involved in community activities. He is a member of the Maryland Funeral Directors Association and is a proud supporter of our Military. Every year, he gets the community involved in helping the troops by organizing a Stockings for Soldiers Project that has become very successful. Just this past December, over 1,100 stockings were sent to active military serving overseas.
Scott lives in Millersville with his lovely wife, Cheryl, and their four children, Greg, Kirk, Hayley, and MacKenzie.


Sharon Unitas graduated from Catonsville Community College in 1998 with her Mortuary Science degree. She has worked in the funeral industry ever since. Sharon worked for Kirkley-Ruddick Funeral Home from 2013 to 2016 and returned in 2020.
Sharon lives in Catonsville with her husband, Keith, her son, Aiden, two Jack Russells, Terry and Jack Jr., and a cat, Monty. When she is not serving the community, she and her family enjoy camping and dirt track racing.


Kristy is married with five children and lives in Glen Burnie. She enjoys spending time with her family.


JR began working at Kirkley-Ruddick part-time in 2015, then became a full-time employee in January 2018.
A very positive and energetic presence, JR makes sure that each family receives the meaningful service they deserve.
JR makes his home in Brooklyn Park with his wife, Tracy, and daughter Lacey.


Ed joined Kirkley-Ruddick Funeral Home in January of 2011.
In addition to working part-time at the funeral home, Ed is a licensed minister and often officiates funerals.
Ed is married with 3 children and resides in Millersville. In his free time, he is a competitive runner and soccer fanatic.


Linda joined Kirkley-Ruddick in June 2021. She works part-time as a Funeral Assistant.
Linda has a warm and welcoming personality. She greets each family with care and compassion.
Linda lives in Glen Burnie with her beloved dog, Bindi.


Joe joined Kirkley-Ruddick in 2017. He works part-time and assists with funerals.
He lives in Pasadena with his wife, Shirley, and their two dogs.


Don joined the Kirkley-Ruddick team in November 2012, but has worked in the funeral industry for many years.
Don assists families with funeral services.
He lives in Glen Burnie with his wife, Dana.
